Ortorent Customer Satisfaction and Return Policy

DL n.º 24/2014, de 14 de Fevereiro

CONTRACTS ENTERED INTO AT A DISTANCE AND OUTSIDE THE COMMERCIAL ESTABLISHMENT

Within 14 days after receiving the product(s) purchased at www.camashospitalares.com, the customer may, without any penalty or need for justification, exercise his right to terminate the contract, as provided by law. For this purpose, the customer must return the product(s), accompanied by the original invoice and in the same state in which it was delivered, including the original packaging.

For return after delivery, the customer must contact Ortorent's Customer Service through one of the following channels:

The credit note on account or alternatively the refund of the value of the products will only be made after checking the status of the product.

Ortorent reserves the right not to accept articles that do not comply with these conditions, pursuant to applicable law DL n.º 24/2014, of 14 February
