Right of free resolution

Pursuant to Decree-Law No. 24/2014, of 14 February, the consumer has the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason. The period for exercising the right of free resolution expires 14 days from the day following the day on which you acquire or a third party appointed by you, other than the carrier, acquires physical possession of the good (or the last good, in case of several goods ordered in a single order and delivered separately; or the last lot or element, in the case of delivery of a good consisting of several lots or elements).

In order to exercise your right of free termination, you must communicate to us, through our contacts, your decision to terminate this contract by means of an unequivocal statement (for example, letter sent by post or post, fax, or post electronic). You can use the resolution form template, but this is not mandatory. In order for the period of free resolution to be respected, it is enough that your communication regarding the exercise of the right of free resolution be sent before the end of the period for resolution.

Effects of Free Resolution

In the event of termination of this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a shipping method other than the less expensive normal shipping method offered by us. ), without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. We make these refunds using the same payment method you used in the initial transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise; in any case, you do not incur any costs as a result of such reimbursement.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned goods, or until you provide proof of shipment of the goods, whichever comes first.

You must return the goods or deliver them to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the day you inform us of the free termination of the contract. The deadline is considered to be respected if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline.

You must bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

It is only responsible for the depreciation of the goods resulting from manipulation that exceeds what is necessary to verify the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
